This YMCA building addition reoriented the building entrance, redefined the facility’s identity, and created a new, dynamic architectural form and direction for the Ryan Family YMCA.
The design’s transparency showcases workflow and fitness activities within the building. The entry element is a bold glass cube that engages the community.
A major feature of this project is the water park area. Splash pads, slides, pools, umbrellas, seating, and concessions integrate with the rest of the facility, creating a great place for family fun and community interaction.
