“The Horse Shoe”, Midland County’s 128,000 sf facility for exhibitions and equestrian events includes an Arena and Exhibit building of 75,000 sf with an adjacent Livestock pavilion of 53,000 sf. The 1,000 seat arena is utilized for horse shows, rodeos, and business banquets. An outdoor exhibit plaza boasts an additional 25,000 sf. The site is 125 acres.
The Exhibits building and adjacent outdoor exhibit plaza were designed to cater to agricultural exhibits, car shows, and small local conventions. The arena and exhibit building will be air-conditioned, the livestock building heated and ventilated. The site has been master planned for an additional 20,000 sf Exhibit Hall and future expansion to 550,000 sf.
