Meacham Airport Terminal

Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford performed architectural services for the renovation of the existing 1968-era terminal building into Class A office space for multiple tenants. The project includes the addition of a 23,000-square-foot third story to the existing 50,000-square-foot, two-story building, and excavating on two sides of the building basement to add windows and a sub-grade garden. General improvements include a new entry plaza, parking enhancements, and all new energy equipment.

In addition to the city-funded part of the project, a private fixed-base operator, will convert 7,000 square feet of the first floor into an FBO serving its own aircraft and those of clients.
