For more than 50 years, Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford has been at the forefront of shaping the built environment across the Southwest through the design of public and private spaces. With an architectural practice that balances outstanding design, responsive client relations and technical innovation, the firm has forged a reputation for excellence in a wide range of market sectors: K-12 schools and universities, medical clinics, churches and worship spaces, performance halls, athletic and recreational centers, convention and meeting facilities, offices, retail shops and centers, private homes, museums and galleries, and equestrian and livestock facilities.

Every project is unique and is approached with a comprehensive process that begins with getting to know the client from the inside out to establish needs and goals. Design is collaborative through team programming exercises, renderings, modeling and three-dimensional imaging that allows the client to visualize their project long before plans are finalized. Exceptional expertise in technical drawings, specifications and contractor/vendor relationships ensures that the project is completed on time, on budget and on target. Our experience in every aspect of design and construction provides clients with on-going support after the design is complete and on through construction to facility commissioning.

Led by principals who bring a wealth of architectural experience and design traditions to every project, and joined by a growing staff of the best and brightest new minds empowered with state-of-the-art technology, Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford is both an established presence and a rising star in the North Texas architectural community.

OUR HISTORY:

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, architect Lee Roy Hahnfeld, FAIA began his practice in 1963. The firm was incorporated as Hahnfeld Associates Architects/Planners, Inc. in 1978. Longtime employees Eric Hahnfeld, Michael Hoffer, David Stanford, and Meredith McCurdy purchased the firm in 1997 and changed the name to Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford in 2001. Today, Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford is one of the largest independent full-service architecture firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. The firm has doubled in size over the past 15 years as its name partners have gathered a staff of professionals that share their vision of world-class design combined with technical excellence and commitment to outstanding client relations.

The firm has won many awards for individual projects, but most telling of its reputation for excellence and innovation is the prestigious Architecture Firm Award given by the Texas Society of Architects for distinguished architecture and meritorious contributions to the profession and the community.
