Our firm provides efficient, economical and environmentally responsible design solutions. We make a concentrated effort to educate our team on the importance of LEED green building certification and present sustainable options to our Clients, not always knowledgeable of green building design practices and LEED, for their determination as to the level of incorporation. As demonstrated experience, we are the Architect for the first LEED facility on Southern Methodist University (SMU) and Texas Christian University (TCU) campuses, first LEED for SCHOOLS facility for Keller ISD, and the first Texas CHPS (Collaborative for High Performance Schools) facility for Fort Worth ISD.
Our experience in providing LEED Certification and Commissioning services in-house includes projects with levels ranging from “Certified” and ’Registered” to “Platinum”, and totals more than 870,000 square feet. Recent projects include:
Programming:Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford works closely with our clients during the programming phase to identify their needs, goals and objectives with regard to each individual project. We define the size, quantity, and nature of all spaces to be incorporated. Members of our design team will review and analyze current operations to identify physical and environmental conditions which could impact their business. Master Planning:Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford has a wide range of experience working with clients in developing successful approaches to their future building and campus requirements. The most important aspect of this service is helping our clients achieve their vision given today's high paced, economically challenging world.
Graphics:Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford views technology as a tool in our search for solutions to our clients’ needs. Our team incorporates BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology and extensive 3-D computer capabilities in many of our institutional and private sector projects. We can produce the design and construction documents via, specifically REVIT, throughout the design and project cost estimating processes. We provide a wide range of graphic design services including identity planning, wayfinding and signage solutions, and architectural graphics.Project Management:Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford’s goal is to provide our clients greater control over quality, schedule and budget. Our firm effectively manages and documents each project to provide a clear and concise schedule of execution, ensuring the design intent is carried forward from design inception through project completion. We have particular expertise in working with clients who need our managers to coordinate multiple concurrent projects. On selected projects we partner with the General Contractor in providing seamless design-build services, integrating as a team the design and construction professionals. |
